Pelatihan Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar

Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model problem-based learning dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran, namun kompetensi para Guru SDN Gandaria Selatan 01 Jakarta dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model problem-based learning masih belum optimal. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan bagi Guru-Guru SDN 01 Gandaria Selatan dalam menyusun RPP berbasis PBL. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah padagogi genre, yaitu melalui tahap membangun konteks, menelaah model, mengonstruksi secara bersama-sama, dan mengonstruksi secara mandiri. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan, bahwa kompetensi para guru dalam dalam menyusun RPP berbasis model problem-based learning (PBL) meningkat secara signifikan. Rata-rata kemampuan awal sebasar 42,86 (sangat kurang). Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan rata-rata kompetensi para guru meningkat menjadi 78,86 (baik).
