OPTIMALISASI PENDAPATAN USAHA MAGGOT MELALUI STRATEGI SCALE-UP BISNIS, MANAJEMEN USAHA, PACKAGING DAN DIGITAL MARKETING

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Usaha Rumah Maggot Siung Gemilang melalui program pendampingan yang intensif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengabdian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program pendampingan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota kelompok dalam bidang produksi, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran. Pelatihan pemasaran digital dan pengembangan produk menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk maggot. Pengabdian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi pendapatan kelompok, termasuk strategi scale-up bisnis dan pengembangan produk turunan.
