IMPLEMENTASI SIKAP NASIONALISME TERHADAP ETIKA BERMEDIA SOSIAL

Belakangan ini kata Nasionalisme sudah tidak asing lagi dengar di telinga kita semua, karena pada dasarnya nasionalisme sudah ada sebelum Indonesia merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kajian observasi dan dokumentasi yang meliputi kajian tentang nasionalisme, etika dan media sosial. Sumber kajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, dan buku referensi yang mendukung untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi. Adapun dalam penelitian ini media sosial yang dapat dikaji, ialah Facebook, Instagram dan Tik Tok, karena ketiga platform tersebut sangat sering digunakan oleh generasi muda dan masyarakat umum dalam berinternet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sikap nasionalisme pada masyarakat Indonesia di media sosial sudah cukup baik, namun hanya dibeberapa waktu tertentu sikap nasionalisme tersebut mengalami peningkatan yang sangat luar biasa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya trend tertentu, seperti penyelenggaraan event internasional MotoGP di Mandalika. Sementara itu di berbagai platform seperti instagram, tiktok maupun facebook masih dijumpai rendahnya etika nasionalisme pada generasi muda dalam menggunakan internet.
