Abstract

Tulisan ini menggambarkan situasi dan kondisi Rusia pasca runtuhnya Uni Soviet, yang didahului dengan masa transisi pemerintahan Boris Yetsin, kemudian secara lebih terperinci membahas Rusia di era baru yaitu era Pemerintahan Vladimir Putin, era ini sering disebut sebagai era kebangkitan Rusia. Dari hasil penelitian studi pustaka yang telah dilaksanakan ini, ditemui berbagai fakta yang menguatkan terkait faktor – faktor yang menjadi pendorong kebangkitan Rusia, terutama kesolidan kerjasama antara dua tokoh yang begitu berpengaruh yaitu Vladimir Putin dan Dymytry Medvedev. Keduanya menjalin relasi begitu kuat yang berdampak positif kepada rekanan mereka di Pemerintahan Rusia. Kerjasama keduanya berdampak sangat positif dari berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat Rusia, terutama disini terkait ekonomi dan militer. Salah satunya yang dibahas yang cukup menonjol kiprah Rusia terkait suplay gas ke negara – negara Eropa.
