PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN PERNAPASAN BERBASIS TEKNIK OLAH NAPAS TRADISIONAL NTT DE COLORES UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEHATAN KARDIORESPIRASI MAHASISWA SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) menghasilkan model latihan olahraga pernapasan untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan kardiorespirasi mahasiswa selama pandemi covid-19 dan 2) menguji kelayakan penggunaan produk pengembangan. Dengan mengadopsi metode penelitian Research & Development (R&D) level 3, maka tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 langkah yakni (1) penelitian produk yang telah ada (studi literatur dan penelitian lapangan), (2) perencanaan pengembangan produk, (3) pengujian internal desain (validasi ahli), (4) revisi desain produk awal, (5) uji coba terbatas (skala kecil), (6) revisi produk 1, (7) uji coba lapangan utama (skala besar), (8) revisi produk 2, (9) produk akhir. Penelitian ini bertempat di STKIP Citra Bakti dengan subjek penelitian pada skala kecil 5 orang, skala besar 25 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) sebuah model latihan pernapasan sederhana untuk mahasiswa yang diberi nama Breath 4 Fit (B4Fit) dan didesain dalam bentuk buku panduan, 2) produk pengembangan B4Fit memenuhi kriteria layak digunakan sebagai bentuk latihan pernapasan berdasarkan hasil validasi kelompok ahli dengan beberapa kriteria yang menonjol yakni bentuk latihan mudah dan menarik, tidak memerlukan biaya dan fasilitas latihan yang mahal, serta durasi waktu latihan yang relatif singkat.
