PENGARUH AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN SENAM LANTAI TERHADAP MOTOR EDUCABILTY SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas pembelajaran senam lantai terhadap Motor Educability siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen, desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Populasinya adalah kelas X SMA Yadika Kalijati. Sampel diambil menggunakan Total Sampling. Sebanyak 12 laki laki, 15 perempuan total 27 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 4 laki laki, 11 perempuan total 15 siswa kelas kontrol. Instrument yang digunakan 21 Gerakan tes IOWA Brace. Hasil penelitian menyatakan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada aktivitas pembelajaran senam lantai terhadap motor educability siswa.
