Abstract

RETRACTED: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran kreativitas dosen, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer; (2) pengaruh kreativitas dosen, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer masing-masing terhadap hasil belajar; dan (3) pengaruh kreativitas dosen, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar. Bentuk penelitian adalah Ex-Post Facto dengan jumlah sampel 142 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kreativitas dosen, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer termasuk dalam kategori baik; (2) terdapat pengaruh: kreativitas dosen terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 34,3%; kompetensi dosen terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 25,8%; dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 17,9%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kreativitas dosen, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas laboratorium komputer secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 56,4%.
