Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi spasial anjungan tunai
mandiri (ATM) di wilayah Kota Surakarta. Bentuk dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif sedangkan strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian meliputi seluruh ATM perbankan yang terdapat di wilayah Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis peta dan analisis tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi/persebaran unit ATM secara umum berdasarkan status bank, jenis, letak (site) dan aksesibilitasnya tidak merata pada tiap-tiap bank yang terdapat diwilayah Kota Surakarta.Â
