Sosialisasi Self-Efficacy pada Remaja: Finding The Best Version of You for Your Better Future

Perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari daring menjadi luring menimbulkan kecemasan pada remaja yang masih bersekolah atau kuliah karena khawatir tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan baik, baik akademik maupun non-akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan oleh enam dosen Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang dan bekerja sama dengan Kingdom Mission Network berupa sosialisasi self-efficacy secara daring melalui Zoom. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, pada tanggal 4 hingga 6 Juni 2022 dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy remaja sehingga merasa yakin akan kemampuan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan yang mungkin akan dihadapi di masa mendatang. Kegiatan sosialisasi diikuti 20 remaja yang terdiri dari 12 pelajar SMA dan 8 mahasiswa tahun pertama. Self-efficacy partisipan diukur menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan setelah sosialisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi self-efficacy memengaruhi self-efficacy partisipan.
