KORELASI ANTARA KEMAMPUAN AWAL DENGAN KEMAMPUAN AKHIR SISWA MELALUI WITHIN-SOLUTION POSING PADA MATERI PERBANDINGAN

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan awal siswa melalui pembelajaran within-solution posing dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan; (2) kemampuan akhir siswa melalui pembelajaran within-solution posing dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan; (3) korelasi positif antara kemampuan awal dengan kemampuan akhir siswa melalui pembelajaran within-solution posing dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan di kelas VII MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik pengukuran untuk mendapatkan data kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir siswa. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji analisis korelasi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) kemampuan awal siswa melalui pembelajaran within-solution posing dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan tergolong rendah. (2) kemampuan akhir siswa melalui pembelajaran within-solution posing dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan tergolong sangat tinggi. (3) Tidak terdapat korelasi positif antara kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan setelah diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran within-solution posing.
