Analisa pemilihan aplikasi laundry menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarci Process (AHP)

Penggunaan aplikasi laundry merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan usaha jasa laundry khususnya di era globalisai sekarang ini. Memilih aplikasi laundry yang tepat dapat membantu meningkatkan layanan bisnis laundry. Penelitian membahas tentang analisis penggunaan aplikasi laundry berdasarkan basis user interface yang digunakan antara lain aplikasi laundry berbasis web, android dan desktop. Metode perhitungan mengadopsi metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) melalui pendefisian masalah, mengengembangkan hirarki dan mengidentifikasi kriteria dan alternatif. Selanjutnya hitung nilai Eigen Vector dan uji konsistensinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima kriteria beserta bobotnya dalam menganalisa penggunaan aplikasi laundry, yaitu kriteria sesuai kebutuhan memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar (0.52), kriteria mudah digunakan memiliki bobot (0.32), kriteria kecepatan akses memiliki bobot (0.13), kriteria responsive memiliki bobot (0.08), dan yang terendah yaitu kriteria tampilan menarik memiliki bobot (0.03). Diperoleh dari evaluasi tersebut alternatif tertinggi adalah android dengan bobot (0.62), alternatif kedua adalah web dengan bobot (0.31) dan terakhir desktop dengan bobot (0.07).
