PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN DOSEN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR LOGIKA MATEMATIKA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMPUTER

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan
dosen terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa semester II pada mata kuliah logika
matematika; (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa semester II pada
mata kuliah logika matematika; (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan dosen terhadap hasil
belajar mahasiswa semester II pada mata kuliah logika matematika. Jenis penelitian
ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester II Program
Studi P.TIK IKIP PGRI Pontianak yang berjumlah 139 orang. Pengambilan sampel
dengan teknik proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 orang.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian
hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Perhitungan linear ganda diperoleh nilai
konstanta (a) sebesar -77,442, koefisien regresi (b1) sebesar 0,946, dan koefisien
regresi (b2) sebesar 0,905. (1) motivasi dan kepemimpinan dosen secara bersama –
sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) motivasi dan kepemimpinan dosen secara bersama – sama
sebesar 0,824, dan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,680. (2) motivasi memiliki
pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien
korelasi (r) motivasi sebesar 0,661, dan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,437; (3)
kepemimpinan dosen memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, nilai signifikansi
sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) kepemimpinan dosen sebesar 0,755,
dan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,570;
