Abstract

 

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan umum yaitu bagaimana tindak tutur direktif bahasa Melayu dialek Selimbau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Alasan khusus penelitian ini adalah tindak tutur direktif perintah, tindak tutur direktif permintaan, dan tindak tutur  direktif pertanyaan bahasa Melayu dialek Selimbau kabupaten Kapuas Hulu.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak tutur direktif bahasa Melayu dialek Selimbau. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan etnografi, dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah warga masyarakat Selimbau, tokoh masyarakat serta tokoh agama sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini 3 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik komunikasi langsung dan studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpul data berupa panduan wawancara dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data (interactive model) dalam penelitian kualitatif interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara umum yaitu bentuk tuturan direktif perintah yang terdapat di Kecamatan Selimbau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu ialah bentuk kalimat perintah atau menyuruh. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menemukan dua puluh satu (21) tuturan yang termasuk tindak tutur direktif permintaan,  dua puluh empat (24) data tindak tutur direktif pertanyaan bahasa melayu Kapuas Hulu, tujuh belas (17) data tindak tutur direktif pemberian saran bahasa melayu Kapuas Hulu, dan terdapat satu (1) tindak tutur bentuk direktif pemberian saran.
