Optimalisasi Perpustakaan sebagai Sumber Belajar di SD Negeri 08 Marong

Perpustakaan SDN 08 Marong sudah berdiri tahun 2011. Sejak tahun tersebut Perpustakaan ini telah dilengkapi dengan sejumlah buku bantuan DAK pemerintah Daerah program sumbangan tahun 2020. Namun demikian Perpustakaan SDN 08 Marong masih belum bisa berfungsi secara optimal akibat kurangnya pelayanan dalam Perpustakaan tersebut. Perpustakaan merupakan sumber belajar utama dan penting. Hal itu tampak dari sejak berdirinya hingga sekarang, Perpustakaan ini telah dan masih diperlukan oleh setiap satuan pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Perpustakaan sudah menjadi pusat sekaligus sumber belajar dan informasi bagi para murid serta guru-guru dari sekolah pemakainya. Lebih lanjut Perpustakaan SDN 08 Marong juga  telah menciptakan peran yang sangat besar dan penting dalam  menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran juga upaya meningkatkan aktivitas belajar para peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sekolah lewat memperkuat minat baca siswa - siswi. Perpustakaan sebagai pusat serta sumber belajar sungguh-sungguh telah sangat bermanfaat untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran
