Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Informatika terhadap soft-skills yang terdiri dari kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1571 siswa dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 480 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa kuisoner tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum persepsi siswa terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi berada pada kategori baik sedangkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah berada pada kateogri cukup baik.
