PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TGT DAN KONVENSIONAL DITINJAU DARI GENDERPADA MATERI OPERASI PECAHANdi SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan konvensional pada materi operasi pecahan ditinjau dari gender siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pemangkat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas VII dengan sampel satu kelas yang diperoleh sesuai teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan perlakuan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament. Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan perlakuan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensioanal. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament lebih baik daripada konvensional.Siswa perempuan dan siswa laki-laki memiliki peningkatan hasil belajar yang sama.Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gender. Aktivitas siswaselama proses pembelajaran koopertaif tipe teams games tournament tergolong aktif.
