PENGARUH PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN DAN MINAT GURU SMP NEGRI TERHADAP PEMANFAATAN TIK DI KECAMATAN SIANTAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) PemanfaatanTIK bagi guru SMP di Kecamatan Siantan, (2) pengaruh tingkat kemampuan terhadap pemanfaatan TIK pada guru SMP di Kecamatan Siantan, (3) pengaruh minat guru terhadap pemanfaatan TIK pada guru SMP di Kecamatan Siantan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 1 dan SMP Negeri 2 di Kecamatan Siantan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data masing – masing variabel dan analisis regresi yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Pemanfaatan TIK oleh guru SMP di Kecamatan Siantan di dominasi oleh kategori cukup dengan rata-rata nilai 43,67 sejumlah 49,02 % ; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara tigkat kemampuan terhadap pemanfaatan TIK pada guru SMP di kecamatan Siantan dengan nilai r=0,130 p= 0,000; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara minat guru terhadap pemanfaatan TIK pada guru SMP di Kecamatan Siantan dengan nilai r=0,355 p=0,000.
