Analisis penggunaan aplikasi arabic pad sebagai media menulis dan mengedit teks berbahasa arab pada mahasiswa UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi Arabic Pad sebagai media menulis dan mengedit teks berbahasa Arab di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, karena dalam pelaksanaannya meliputi data, analisis dan interpretasi tentang arti dan data yang diperoleh Penelitian ini disusun sebagai penelitian induktif yakni mencari dan mengumpulkan data yang ada di lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor, unsur-unsur bentuk, dan suatu sifat dari fenomena, objek penelitian Sampel diambil secara acak berjumlah 70 orang mahasiswa UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Arabic pad belum banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, sementara menurut mahasiswa aplikasi ini lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan cara yang biasa digunakan, hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil Kuisioner dapat di ketahui bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa belum menggunakan aplikasi Arabic Pad untuk menulis atau mengedit teks berbahasa Arab selama ini mahasiswa menulis atau mengedit teks berbahasa Arab menggunakan aplikasi Arabic language bar. Hal ini besar kemungkinan dikarenakan kurang populernya aplikasi Arabic Pad pada kalangan mahasiswa UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.
