CV Icommits masih melakukan presensi yang tergolong konvensional dengan cara mengisi daftar hadir oleh pegawai pada formulir presensi yang sudah disediakan di perusahaan. Presensi seperti diatas dapat menyebabkan proses presensi dinilai kurang efektif karena cara tersebut rentan terjadinya manipulasi data kehadiran seseorang yang disebabkan human error. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memberikan suatu solusi yakni dengan merancang teknologi informasi melalui sistem informasi presensi pegawai berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader dan kartu RFID yang dirasa mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan karena dapat mempermudah proses presensi pegawai dan menghasilkan data yang real-time. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam analisis dan perancangan sistem ini adalah menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Hasil akhirnya berupa perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi presensi dengan integrasi RFID dapat mengontrol presentase data kehadiran dan ketidakhadiran setiap pegawai dalam bentuk chart/diagram serta fitur kelola data rekapitulasi presensi pegawai yang dapat mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam memonitoring ketercapaian jam kerja pegawai on site.
