PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SMK NEGERI JURUSAN TKJ SEKOTA PONTIANAK

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik ter-hadap motivasi siswa; (2) pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi siswa; (3) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi siswa; (4) pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap motivasi siswa; dan (5) pengaruh kompetensi pegagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru dan siswa SMK jurusan TKJ se-Kota Pontianak dengan teknik penentuan sampel Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Berdasarkan kuesioner pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi siswa yang disebar kepada 103 orang siswa SMK Pontianak, diperoleh: (1) data pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi siswa sebesar 15,12%; (2) pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi siswa sebesar 39,89%; (3) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi siswa sebesar 36,17; (4) pengaruh kompetesnsi sosial terhadap motivasi siswa sebesar 7,93%; dan (5) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial secara bersama sama terhadap motivasi siswa sebesar 0,87%.
