PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TENTANG KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DOSEN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA IKIP PGRI PONTIANAK

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, dan motivasi mahasiswa Prodi PTIK; (2) Persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi; (3) Persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi; (4) Persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi.Penelitian menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi berjumlah 539 mahasiswa. Teknik sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan sampel 226 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat kecenderungan kompetensi pedagogik pada kategori sangat baik, kompetensi profesional pada kategori sangat baik, motivasi pada kategori baik; (2) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien regresi r= 0,667 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 44,4%; (3) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi dengan perolehan nilai koefisien regresi r= 0,759 dan sumbangan efektif variabel kompetensi profesional sebesar 57,7%; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien regresi r = 0,762 dan sumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama sebesar 58%.
