Perancangan sistem repositori karya ilmiah dosen IKIP PGRI Pontianak

Dosen IKIP-PGRI Pontianak memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan penelitian guna menunjang kegiatan pendidikan dan pengabdian masyarakat, namun saat ini hasil penelitian berupa karya ilmiah masih belum didiseminasikan dengan optimal. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem memudahkan dalam mengakses data penelitian sehingga akan mereduksi kegiatan penelitian pada masalah yang dan memperepat terciptanya pengetahuan dan inovasi baru. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem repositori yang berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk menyimpan, melestarikan, mempublikasikan karya-karya imiah sivitas akademika secara digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) yang difokuskan pada pembuatan rancangan sistem atau perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari tahap perencaan, analisis, dan perancangan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu orang pimpinan IKIP PGRI Pontianak, lima orang dosen, dan sepuluh mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sivitas akademika menyambut baik dengan rencana pengembangan sistem repositori untuk karya ilmiah dosen. Hasil analisis dan desain sistem menunjukkan terdapat setidaknya tiga aktor yang akan menggunakan sistem yaitu admin sebagai manajer sistem, dosen sebagai pemilik data karya ilmiah, dan mahasiswa atau masyarakat umum sebagai pengguna data karya ilmiah.
