SIFAT FISIK DAN KANDUNGAN GIZI BUAH TEPO, KEREKE, DAN PIRIT DI SERIMBU KABUPATEN LANDAK

Keanekaragaman buah-buahan hutandi Kalimantan Barat sangat beragam namun mengalami degradasi akibat adanya alih fungsi hutan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat fisik dan kandungan gizi buah tepo, kereke, dan pirit di Serimbu Kabupaten Landak. Sifat fisik menggunakan penelitian deskriptif sedangkan kandungan gizi menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Pengamatan sifat fisik buah dilakukan pada kulit buah muda dan tua, permukaan kulit buah, warna daging, warna biji, ukuran buah, panjang buah, bentuk buah, ukuran biji, tekstur daging buah, rasa daging buah, dan aroma daging buah. Hasil uji kandungan gizi menggunakan model ANOVA RAL diikuti LSD α=0.05 jika signifikan. Hasil penelitian sifat fisik menunjukkan ketiga buah memiliki perbedaan dari pengamatan sifat fisik yang telah dilakukan, sedangkan hasil kandungan gizi menunjukkan signifikan antara buah tepo, kereke, dan pirit dalam pengujian proksimat yaitu buah pirit memiliki kandungan gizi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan buah tepo dan kereke.
